Format, Coaches Announced For 2021 Inferno Tournament Season

NEWARK, Del. — First State Ice Hockey announced on Monday (Feb. 15) further details regarding the 2021 Inferno tournament season, including the coaching staff and season format.

First State will field Inferno teams from the 8U through 18U divisions, to be led by some of the area’s finest youth hockey coaches and most talented collegiate players. The staff will consist of:

18U – Sean Cannon
16U – Jeremy Snyder
14U – Ross Hyatt
12U – Ian MacKenzie
8U/10U – Sean Cannon, Tom Ibach, Kyle Scott, Devin LeBlanc, Ivan Sidoriak, Rece Bergeman

Teams will play three tournaments (to be determined) within drivable range from First State’s home rinks in Wilmington and Newark, Del., aiming for one each in May, June and July. Also included are six team practices (two before each tournament), a skills clinic of each player’s choosing, and one private lesson slot with one of First State’s top-shelf coaches.
